Predetermined fields of study, called "Sub-Programs" and "Components", correspond to and deal with the target Priority Areas for the social and economic development of Ukraine.

The participants in the JDS Program shall be selected from the "Target Organizations" whose mission is closely related to the respective "Sub-Programs" and "Components".

This approach lays significance on the selection and concentration on the development issues of the country, thus securing further effectiveness and efficiency of the JDS Project.
