The Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) has been started in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan since 2018. Up to the present, total of 135 Fellows (including 5 Doctoral Fellows) have been sent to Japan.
JDS is now inviting potential applicants who understand its aims and are interested in 2 year master degree program at Japanese accepting universities for the academic year 2027-2028.
The program will be instructed in English.
The number of dispatches is 17 (16 Master students and 1 PhD student) per year.

Revised wording in "7. Important JDS Rules" (p. 5 of the Application Guideline):
"It is recommended that family members join the Fellow in Japan only after admission and no earlier than three months after the Fellow's arrival in Japan, and in accordance with the regulations of the host university."
