Steps to Apply

STEP 1

Download the Application Guidelines and Prescribed Forms

We recommend that you first download the "Application Guidelines" and review information before preparing your application.

STEP 2

Prepare the Required Documents

Please refer to page 5 of the Application Guidelines and make sure to prepare all required documents in the appropriate file formats.

All documents written in other language than English need official English translation. (Self-translation is not acceptable.)
Use only A4 size paper for all copy sets. Copy in Black & white is acceptable.
Do not staple the documents. Put a paperclip on them instead.
Submit "Reason Letter" in case where wrong information (e.g., wrong spelling of name, birthday, etc.) is contained in the ID and official documents due to administrative errors.

STEP 3

Access the Online Application System

Complete your application by filling in the required information.

* If you cannot access the Online Application System, or experience any problems completing the application form, please contact the JICE JDS Project Office (TEL: 7740-3881).

STEP 4

Receive an E-mail

You will receive a confirmation e-mail.

STEP 5

Visit JICE JDS Project Office to submit the documents

Please make sure to bring your application number, which is stated in the email you received.
